Bagels are an American staple that are not only super versatile, but also easy to customize with your own flavors and textures. Cream cheese is the most popular side kick to the bagel, so it is only fitting to make our own custom flavor for our bagels. In this class special 3-hour class, Pastry Chef Stephanie Paoletti will teach you the ins and outs of bagels and you will bake your own from start to finish!

In this interactive class, you will be learning about whole animal butchery featuring a local pig from Homeplace Pastures. Many say that sausage making is the ultimate form of charcuterie, and Chef Michael is ready to share his knowledge. Some of the skills that will be covered include farce, stuffing sausage, smoking, and grilling. The best part is that these sausages will be yours to bring home, as well as the skills needed to make your own at home!

You cook with what you drink, right? This class is the ultimate summer party for whiskey lovers! We will not only cook with whiskey, but taste and pair different whiskeys as well. The grill will be the star of this class, and will truly shine with the addition of whiskey in our cooking and our glasses.

Chef couple Michael and Stephanie Paoletti will be working with a new Gulf Coast chef, Scott Plauche. A coast native, Scott traveled to work in a few kitchens around the country and honed his culinary skills before returning to the coast. We are excited to introduce a new chef to the Mary C and let him showcase his skills in a delicious tasting dinner.

Cake pops have been on trend for over 5 years now and are not slowing down anytime soon. They are the most portable form of cake, and the cutest! Although small and full of flavor, getting cake and icing to stand on a stick is harder than it looks. Join Chef Stephanie Paoletti of Sweet Enchantments Cakes to learn the tricks of the trade to make the cake pop mixture and dip and decorate your own cute creations!
