Enjoy a hands-on experience learning how to make one of the most popular cookies worldwide- the macaron. This delicate, almond based cookie is crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and packed with flavor in the middle. Come spend some time with Stephanie Paoletti, from Sweet Enchantments, as she teaches the basic history of this delicious treat and teaches you how to make macarons with creative fillings.

Chef Robin Pate & Ceramics teacher Anita Weems from St. Martin High School are collaborating on this SUPER SANTA CLASS for your littles! Kids will make & decorate a dozen Christmas cookies from scratch AND paint a Santa Plate that will then be ‘fired’ for next week pick up! We are offering a morning and afternoon session for your kiddos ages 5 and up! What a wonderful memory for your kids and Santa Plate to have for generations on!

Meat and cheese boards – HOLIDAY STYLE – have become a staple on many restaurant menus and are the perfect entertaining plate. Join Michael Paoletti of Food, Booze & Hiccups as he describes the types of meats, cheeses, pickles, fruits, jams, and more that can be added to your charcuterie board.He will teach you how to pair each meat with accoutrements that balance, all while creating a beautiful display for all to enjoy. Please bring with you board or platter that you would like to build your charcuterie board on to bring home.
