For your party this year, or as a dish to bring and surely ‘wow,’ our Tapas and Toddies class is geared around the simple, yet unique small bites that will be sure to be a crowd pleaser! Join instructor Solange Ledwith as she walks you through the art of glass-blowing! You get to go home with your very own hand-blown glass Christmas ornament! Then, take a trip inside to Becky’s Kitchen for an ongoing experience in making ‘Holiday Candy’ with Chef Stephanie Paoletti! You’ll go home with your freshly hand-blown glass ornament as well as a bag of treats to share with your friends & family! This dynamic duo is sure to please this Christmas holiday!

***Spots will be sold in 10-minute encrements from 10AM – 4PM. Please pick your preferred time slot when purchasing tickets! This will be YOUR specific timeslot to begin Glass-Blowing that day!!***

Come and take a culinary journey through the history of Japanese sushi with Michael Paoletti of Food, Booze & Hiccups. Learn the proper methods of sushi rice making, as well as the significance of the ingredients used by the Japanese in sushi making. Let Michael guide you through the basics of rolling sushi, while you create your own types of rolls filled with your favorite ingredients.

Join Kristin Grizzard, owner of Prep by KUG, on January 26th to build your own poké bowl! Prep by KUG is 2019’s People’s Choice Awards 1st place winner in the “nutrition store” department. Prep creates innovative and delicious paleo compliant meals- free of grains, dairy, and soy. All ingredients in this fun demonstration will be locally sourced, with tuna supplied by South Coast Seafood Company! Build you own bowl then sit down with your friends to enjoy!!

Join us after the Downtown Ocean Springs Budweiser Clydesdale Parade on Satruday, February 1st! This collaboration with Craft Beer Master, Jonathan Richardson from Mitchell Distributing and Chef Robin Pate will take place at 6PM at The Mary C! A special beer-themed and beer-infused dinner will be prepared and demo-ed for guests with a beer pairing for each course. Menu includes:

Join Michael Paoletti of Food, Booze & Hiccups as he describes the different flours used in pasta making, the types of sauces best utilized for different kinds of pasta, and teach how to make pasta in your own home kitchen. In this class, you will make a homemade noodle and a gnocchi dish. Menu includes:
