Snout to Sausage – 4-hour Tutorial / Hands-On Workshop
In this interactive class, you will be learning about whole animal butchery featuring a local pig from Homeplace Pastures. Many say that sausage making is the ultimate form of charcuterie, and Chef Michael is ready to share his knowledge. Some of the skills that will be covered include farce, stuffing sausage, smoking, and grilling. The best part is that these sausages will be yours to bring home, as well as the skills needed to make your own at home!
