Pralines & Turtles Workshop – Hands-On Cooking Class
Join Stephanie Paoletti from Sweet Enchantments Cakes for a hands-on candy-making class, including the timeless favorites – pralines and turtles! Pralines are a staple in the area, as they grew popularity in New Orleans, and originated in France in the 1600s. By small mistake, turtles came into the picture in the early 1900s when a chef made the nut coated candy and the guest noted that it looked like a turtle. Come join the fun!!
