What a better way to bring community together than through fondue. This timeless Swiss tradition dating back to the 1930s is never short of a good time sharing a communal meal with people. Traditionally served over a communal pot with a portable burner or a candle, if you can skewer it, you can fondue it. In this class you will get to create your own cheese blend for the first pot, cook assorted meats and vegetables in broth for the second pot, and indulge in chocolate and dipping treats for dessert.
