Join Chef Tenney Flynn of New Orleans’ famed GW Fins restaurant and his friends as they share tales from the deep, and tricks for turning the Gulf’s underutilized bounty into a five-star feast.
Join us for a special evening and cocktail hour featuring ‘tastes’ of some of Chef Tenney’s most signature dishes such as Lobster Dumplings, followed by a lecture and discussion with special guest Chef Tenney, Andy Ross – experienced lionfish spear fisherman and moderator Liz Williams – Founder of the Southern Food & Beverage Museum in New Orleans.
Chef Tenney’s newly released cookbook “The Deep End of Flavor” co-written by Mississippi native and prized writer Susan Puckett will be personally signed by co-authors Chef Tenney and Susan and will available for sale.
Cocktail hour begins at 6PM and lecture will begin at 6:45PM. Cash bar will be available. Cost per ticket is $25 for members and $30 for non-members.
